Bootcamp Somerset is run by Matt Jupp who is a Personal Trainer & has been helping many people get fit & active in Weston-Super-Mare since September 2010, training over 150 clients.

This has included footballers, Police Officers & other professions.

Training sessions are available for complete beginners who are new to exercise, to those who want to just tone up or for sportsman who want to have that EDGE for their sports! 


The term "Bootcamp" is just used as a form of motivation and pushing yourselves a tiny bit harder each time for fantastic fitness & fat loss results!

There is a wide variety of sessions on offer depending on your goals so you will never get bored. This also means you will contiue to have amazing gains and progress. There are many time slots so it is very flexablie for you to fit in a session during the week, or weekend. 

Just train at your own pace and notice your own improvement and progress in each session!

By doing Bootcamps you are burning fat in the quickest possible way and in the shortest time possible. You will be speeding up that metabolism of yours so you will even still be burning calories many hours after Bootcamp!
